Review Process – Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.

Refund Approval – If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Policy - The Basics

No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a transportation service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations Before Service Commencement: If a service is canceled before dispatch or pickup, a refund may be issued, subject to cancellation fees.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure transportation services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Refund by Cases
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations by the customer after service commencement.

Services rendered but deemed unsatisfactory without prior notice of service issues.
